I’ve ordered from oakacorn.ca a couple of times now, and the delivery experience has been a little hit or miss. The first order showed up right on time, but the second one arrived about 3 days late, and there wasn’t much in the way of updates while I was waiting.
To be fair, nothing was damaged and the order did eventually arrive, so it wasn’t a huge problem. I just think it’s reasonable to expect clearer tracking and more reliable delivery dates, especially when you’re planning around when something is supposed to show up

i ended up ordering from Oak Acorn because the prices were better than a few other sites i checked.
for what i paid, i was happy with everything. nothing felt overpriced, and the quality was solid for the money.
overall, it felt like good value. no complaints from me, and i’d order again if the prices stay like this...

I had to return my order, and the process was straightforward. It wasn’t instant, but the refund showed up after a few days, so overall I’m happy with how it was handled.

The updates were just okay this time. Communication used to be a lot better, but lately it feels a bit more basic and not as helpful as it used to be

Some pages loaded fine, while others felt slow, and I had to click around way more than I expected just to find basic stuff. It’s not terrible, but some of the navigation feels ridiculous and could definitely be smoother and clearer.

It looks good in person and does the job, but it felt a little lighter than I was expecting. Not necessarily a bad buy, just not something I’d call amazing. If you’re thinking about getting it, I’d say it’s fine as long as you’re not expecting a heavier or more premium feel.

Customer service did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting. They did sort out my issue in the end, so that was good, just wasnt exactly quick tbh.

I’m happy with this. It feels solid. The wood and materials seem really nice. The craftsmanship looks clean too. I only noticed one tiny rough spot. Shipping took a little longer than expected. Still, I’d buy it again.
